Ron Preinfalk

Ron Preinfalk (b. 1973) studied sculpture/ceramics and printmaking at the Famul Stuart School of Applied Arts (1995/00). He works in painting, street art (murals, stencils, prints, stickers), illustration, printmaking, art in urban space and other ways of engaging with the passers-by. His recent solo shows include Kapsula at Hiša kulture (Ljubljana, 2016), Rone84 Beat Di at UAUU Gallery (2017) and Love Story at Ravnikar Gallery Space (2018). He has been part of group exhibitions at Cankarjev dom (2015), the 6th International Festival of Fine Arts Kranj ZDSLU (2018), DobraVaga(2017) and the City Museum of Ljubljana: Allstarz Archives, Biennial of Independents (2019). In 2013, he published a book called And the Beat Goes on…, which was shortlisted for the Brumen Award. The book was part of the Art Book Fair at MoMA, where is now in the MoMA Artists’ Books Collection.
