Luka Savić (b. 1990) is an artist and philosopher. Prior to studying philosophy at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana, he studied visual arts at the Academy of Visual Arts (AVA). His works has been exhibited throughout Europe, most recently at viennacontemporary art fair, Vienna, Škuc Gallery, Ljubljana, Skopje Light Art District, Skopje, Macedonia, Vilnius Light Festival, Vilnius, Lithuania, Mahler & LeWitt Studios, Spoleto, Italy, Arte Fiera Polis, Bologna, Italy, 31st Ljubljana Biennial of Graphic Arts and DLUL Gallery, Ljubljana. From 2011 to 2017, he was an assistant to Miran Mohar, a member of the IRWIN group. Since 2017, he has been a collaborator of the David Gothard Study Archive, working between Ljubljana, London and Gorizia. As a guest, he lectured at various institutions across Europe, helping design theatre sets and exhibitions; most recently, an exhibition of Russian icons at the City Museum of Ljubljana. He is currently studying towards a master's degree at the Department of Transdisciplinary Arts of the Vienna University of Applied Arts (Angewandte).
