Danilo Milovanović

Danilo Milovanović completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana In the years 2016/17, he studied at the Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design (UMPRUM) in Prague. He works in the field of conceptual art, street art, activism, situationism and documentarism. His exhibitions include solo shows at EC124H in Copenhagen (2018), Aksioma in Ljubljana (2019) and at the Mikl House Gallery in Ribnica (2020). He has participated in group exhibitions at Katowice Miasto Ogrodów, Katowice, Poland, Gallery P74, Ljubljana, Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Rijeka, UGM Studio, Maribor, Begehungen Festival, Chemnitz, Germany and Center for Contemporary Arts, Celje. In 2018 and 2019, he was nominated for the OHO Award, and in 2020 he received the Prešeren Award of the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Ljubljana. His works are part of the collection of the Museum of the City of Ljubljana and in private collections. He lives and works in Ljubljana.
